2022 Benidorm Pride Festival

The 2022 festival will take place from September 5th to the 11th. After two years of Covid-19 restrictions, this edition will offer a complete program with many popular events returning and new events, and parties added. Here are the latest details of the fabulous events that week. Bring some white clothes for the White Party, fluorescent stuff for the Glow Party, and rainbow-colored stuff for the beach.

The following weekly overview includes the official activities of the Benidorm Pride as well as the activities organized by the bars in and around the Gay Village. The list is not complete and can be added to.


Monday and Tuesday: Opening parties at the Bars in Benidorm's Gay Village in the Old town. Check out our social media pages for their pride program with some amazing activities. New People Pub has some shows throughout Pride week.

Wednesday: Drag Attack! A show with the best local artists of Benidorm. The party continues at the bars in the Gay Village.


Thursday: An sensual performance of the Magic Boys (Male Strip Acts) at Chaplin's Bar. Later on the famous White Party! The pride week continues at the bars in the Gay Village.

Friday: Get your high Heels on for the Carrera De Tacones! Followed by The Glow Party (Neon Make-up Party). For the girls, there is a party in the Oasis Beach Club. DJ Deano's will serve some great dance music at Spirit Bar, his debut in Benidorm. Famous local DJ Vikey will host an LGBTQ+ party at MIA Social Club.  Again, the party continues at the bars in the Gay Village. 


Saturday: After 2 long years  THE PARADE is finally back! Starting from the Rincon de Loix at 5pm and ending at the MAIN STAGE at the Auditorium Julio Iglesias. At the Auditorium, there will be outstanding performances from local and international artists. Still, want to party more? Go to the parties organized at the Benidorm Gay Village bars, DJ Deano's again serves his dance music at Spirit Bar, or you could go to the Kluster party at Discoteca Penelope for the big party till early morning.

Sunday: Pool party time! Life is a circus, so join the Benidorm Pride closing party with the best performers of Benidorm, followed by a goodbye pride 2022 party that continues in the bars in the Gay Village.

The festival will have its twelfth edition already! It has grown into a week-long event, focusing on the key ingredients that make Benidorm unique. The Benidorm Pride Festival has earned its recognition as the European Summer Closing Pride! Prepare your outfits, join in the fun and celebrate lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) social and self-acceptance, achievements, legal rights, and pride!

Planta 20 rooftop bar

The Planta 20 rooftop bar is located on the twentieth floor of Hotel Madeira Centro. This hotel is centrally located between the so-called English quarter and the Old Town on the Plaza Triangular.
