TM Tower to Become Europe's Tallest Residential Building in Benidorm

Benidorm, the Spanish resort town nicknamed 'Beni-York' for its impressive collection of skyscrapers, is about to add a new giant to its skyline. A real estate group has received the green light to build a spectacular residential tower, the TM Tower, that will stand 230 meters high with 64 floors. It will be the tallest building in Benidorm and the tallest residential building in all of Europe.

The Serna Lorente family, the driving force behind developer TM Group, is investing nearly 28 million euros into this prestigious project on the Playa de Poniente. The tower will house 260 luxury apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, all with fantastic views. Located just 50 meters from the beach, the building's planned completion date is in the second half of 2028.

A New Standard for Luxury Living

Residents of the TM Tower will get more than breathtaking views. The building will feature a sky bar with an observatory on Europe's highest residential floor, a movie theater, fitness centers, heated swimming pools, and other sports facilities. In short, living in the TM Tower will be an experience in itself.

The rapid sale of previous TM projects, such as Sunset Drive, Sunset Cliffs, Sunset Sailors, and Eagle Tower, shows that the demand for luxury homes in Benidorm remains strong. The family-friendly atmosphere of the Poniente area, in particular, attracts investors from all over the world.

Dominating the Skyline

The TM Tower will be built directly opposite the current record holder, the InTempo building, which at 202 meters is the city's tallest. The iconic Hotel Bali (186 meters) will also be surpassed. TM's message is clear: their building will soon dominate the Benidorm skyline.

While TM will officially present the project to the public on September 18, the first apartments are already being offered on real estate platforms, though the listed prices are not yet final. One thing is certain: anyone who wants to live here will have to pay a steep price. Penthouses in previous TM projects have sold for as much as 2 million euros.

With a turnover of over 256 million euros and a net profit of 26.2 million euros last year, TM confirms its position as one of the strongest players in Mediterranean tourist real estate. With the TM Tower, they are continuing that trend, literally, into the clouds.
