This massive project paves the way for 20 towering new hotels , each with a minimum of 20 floors, catering to the city's booming tourism industry. Two-thirds of the area , a significant 65%, will be dedicated to parks, gardens, walking paths, and even two new educational plots . The disgrace of La Cala Beach in Finestrat

If you have ever visited La Cala beach in Finestrat near Benidorm you will have seen that there is a huge building still in scaffolding just in front of the beach.
